How To Become a Nike Product Tester?
Nike uses the product testing program to get consumer feedback and improve its products. You get to test its unreleased apparel and shoes as a product tester.
Nike accepts product testers from 40 countries, including the United States, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, India, South Korea, and the UK. The company has a huge market share in these countries.
Nike divided its product testing program into three categories, such as:
- Adults (18 years or older): Most product testing opportunities are available for this age group.
- Teens (13-17 years): Some product testing opportunities are available for teenagers. However, parental consent is usually required.
- Children (12 and under): Parents can apply on behalf of their kids.
Nike employees and athletes in the NCAA are not eligible to participate in the product testing program.

Nike’s old product testing site, producttesting.nike.com, is no longer operating, and the site “niketesting.com” is not a real Nike product testing site.
2. Complete the Application Process
The application process involved providing information like your country, date of birth, email address, etc. Also, you’ll be asked what kind of product you’d like to test (shoes, apparel, or both). You can apply on behalf of your underage children.
You must sign the release and waiver agreement. Here are two key points in the agreement form:
- Release of Liability: The participant releases Nike and its affiliates from any liability for injuries or losses sustained during the event, even if caused by negligence.
- Media Release: The participant may grant Nike the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes.
- Return Product: You must return all Nike products given to you during the testing process.
Later, you must provide your shipping address (not a P.O. Box). The company will ask for your gender, height, weight, and the product category you’d like to test. Also, you must provide your clothing and shoe sizes.
